Canaan Building Inspection & Rectification Services is an independent Building Surveyor Company who has registered with Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM).  With the recognized professional academic, and practical knowledge in Construction Quality Assessment System in Singapore & Malaysia, we have acquired professional competency in carrying out the building survey services for house buyers, tenants, contractors as well as property developer.  Lately, our surveyor also actively involved in preparing the Construction Industry Standard (CIS: 7, QLASSIC) for CIDB Malaysia.  Recently, we are working closely with CIDB, Malaysia in drafting the training module for QLASSIC Assessor.
