We provide an independent In-Process Construction Quality Audit & Consultation throughout the construction progress.

Our Construction Quality Audit Team will act as an independent auditor to monitor and highlight the arising quality issues at site from time to time. The scope of audit will commence from the building structural works, M&E installation and Architectural Finishing works. Moreover, we will also highlight the potential quality issues before the situation getting worse. As we believe preventive is always better than correction.

In the meantime, we also provide a periodic quality assessment to evaluate the quality of works constructed from time to time. The independent periodic quality assessment provides an evaluation on the contractor’s performance on the regular basis.
