Canaan Building Inspection & Rectification Services has been established since year 2005 with the initial objective to provide a service to protect house buyers when buying a property.   Since then, we have been actively involved in building defects inspection for house buyers in their newly purchased property or the existing sub-sale buildings.

We are the Building Surveyor that registered under Institution Surveyors of Malaysia (ISM).  Meanwhile, we are also registered at the International level with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (interNACHI), US.

With the vast experiences in Project Quality Control and Construction Quality Control Assessment System (CONQUAS 21), our surveyor, Sr. Joshua Kang Wee Leng, has been invited by CIDB, Malaysia as their technical committee member in preparing the Construction Industry Standard (CIS 7: 2006) in year 2006.  Moreover, Sr. Joshua Kang has also assisted CIDB in drafting the QLASSIC Awareness and Assessor Training Modules in the following year.  Today, Sr. Joshua Kang is one of the Certified QLASSIC Awareness Trainer as well as Certified QLASSIC Assessor for CIDB, Malaysia.  In year 2010, the experiences and expertise of our surveyor has been recognized again by the Building & Construction Authority of Singapore (BCA) as their 1st Certified CONQUAS Manager in Malaysia.
