- Inspection records — photographs and findings relating to the property inspected, which form part of your report.

- To confirm, schedule, and carry out your inspection.
- To prepare and deliver your inspection report.
- To respond to your enquiries and follow up on your booking.
Booking form submissions are delivered to canaanbuildinginspector@gmail.com via our form provider, JotForm, which processes submissions on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with developers, agents, or contractors.
Retention & security
We retain booking details and inspection reports for as long as reasonably necessary to serve you, meet legal obligations, and support any dispute or warranty claim your report may be used for. Reasonable safeguards are applied to protect your information.
