Our services

Canaan Building Inspection Sdn Bhd provides visual, non-destructive building inspection services carried out by RISM and RICS registered inspectors. An inspection reflects the property's condition at the date and time of inspection, covering areas that are safely and reasonably accessible.

Bookings & scheduling

• Bookings are confirmed within 24 hours of your request.
• Please arrange lawful access to the property for the scheduled date.
• Rescheduling or cancellation should be communicated at least 24 hours in advance where possible.
• Travel fees may apply for locations outside the Klang Valley and will be advised before confirmation.

Your report

You will receive a verbal briefing on the same day and a full written report within 3 working days. Reports are prepared for the named client and the inspected property, and remain the intellectual property of Canaan; you are granted full rights to use your report for negotiations, warranty claims, disputes, and legal proceedings relating to that property.

Scope & limitations

An inspection is not a guarantee, warranty, or insurance policy, and does not cover concealed areas that cannot be accessed without dismantling or destructive testing. Where specialist follow-up is warranted (for example structural engineering or plumbing pressure testing), your report will recommend it.

Independence

Canaan maintains no referral arrangements with developers, agents, or contractors. Our findings are reported to you without bias, whatever they reveal.
